1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PolarisTeach, a service provided by Aeternus Education Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a school or educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. License and Access

Subject to your payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the PolarisTeach platform for your school's internal educational and assessment purposes.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all login credentials associated with your school's account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are billed annually. Access to the platform requires full payment of the agreed-upon tier fee.

• All new accounts are subject to a one-time £149 initial setup and onboarding fee, which is waived for multi-year agreements.
• Fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

5. Fair Use and Limitations

Usage is governed by the limits of your purchased tier (e.g., maximum staff accounts). You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime, PolarisTeach is provided "as is." Aeternus Education Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or work interruptions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
